Colour Tower
This Colour Tower is the name by which this puzzle was sold somewhere in the world. It's a bigger version of a whip-it - more tiles to solve - and it works in exactly the same way.
The one in the photo was bought as new. In that sense, it is in mint condition. It doesn't turn very well though - with a good whip-it, you can move things around easily and quickly, with a bad one, verything is a bit clunky you spend a lot of time lining things up perfectly. That breaks up the flow when you are solving the thing.
Like the other versions of the whip-it, you can find these for sale on ebay from time-to-time. If you are patient, you'll eventually get yourself one for a few pounds. It is worth considering the quality of the puzzle before you buy though.
